Join us on May 7th at 7 PM CST for the first annual Spring Gala for /kor/ productions!

We will be streaming a retro-PBS-style telethon LIVE, featuring a silent auction of donated items and experiences by local Chicagoland vendors, performances featuring past /kor/ artists, and the announcement of our upcoming 2021-22 season.

This event marks /kor/’s official expansion of its seven-year mission: to bring opera to non-traditional audiences through our use of non-traditional venues, staging and translations. We continue to immerse our audiences in our performances to make them feel as if they are a part of the story--but with our upcoming 2021-22 season, we are expanding our horizons to also include film, cabaret, dance and theater interchangeably! From our staged new play readings to our digital opera productions, /kor/ productions is proud of our mission to engage and entertain our Chicagoland community.
We are so excited to share this evening of celebration and outstanding artistry with all of our viewers, at home and abroad.
