UPSIDE DOWN Parade, presented by Blommer Chocolate Company

We are delighted to be celebrating the 2nd Annual UPSIDE DOWN Parade in Washington Park! This year's parade serves as the official opening of Chicago’s Halloweek Program – but instead of driving through a tree-lined street enjoying the stationary performance groups, you can walk through!

The event will take place on Russell Drive and will feature dance performances, circus acrobats, musical groups, sports mascots and more. Don’t forget to wear your Halloween costume – and enjoy a complimentary goody bag courtesy of Blommer Chocolate Company, Mars Wrigley and other local candy companies.

This is a free, family-friendly event, but let us know you’re attending by clicking "Going!"

Check back here and our website www.artsinthedark.org for details regarding parking and route.

We can't wait to see you on October 23rd!

This event is presented by Mayor Lori E. Lightfoot and Blommer Chocolate Company - and is produced in partnership with the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events, the Chicago Park District, the Chicago Public Library, the Chicago Department of Health and My Chi My Future. Major support was provided by William Blair.
