Proposing a SongShop Live online concert this winter
       
Come sing in a special SongShop Live online concert event! Performances by eight singers, each singing two songs, will be compiled into two 30-minute episodes to be streamed on YouTube via a live link at SongShopLive.com.

This is a great opportunity to continue your growth and development as a performer, to refresh your repertoire, and to obtain a tape of your performance! Here is how it will work.
 
1. Starting now, come to at least 3 SongShop Zoom sessions, (your cost is $20.00 each).

2. Come to at least one live rehearsal/session with pianist (COVID permitting). The live sessions will probably take place at the Center at Addison once it is safe to do so ($40.00).

3. During late December or January, you will record your songs at a venue in front of a very small but essential audience (your cost is $50.00 to $75). Each singer will be recorded in sequence so we don't have to all be gathered at once.

4. A video editor will compile the show to be presented live on YouTube, with a narrator/moderator introducing each singer.

5. We will request donations from folks who watch the show.

6. You will get a video copy of your performance, also uploaded to YouTube (unlisted or public by your request).

Show title and theme is open for suggestion.

How about "21 at last!" or "Hope springs eternal" or "I thought you'd never ask" or "Unchained melody" or "Meeting You This Way" or ....
