Hello Chicago Cabaret Professional Members,
Next week, starting Nov. 30, we need 2-3 volunteers to make follow up calls to the retirement centers on our contact list. We mailed senior centers, nursing homes etc. to invite them to see our Virtual Gala. We need to follow up by phone to
- make sure the activity director got the invitation, and
- check the contact name and email to update our list.
If they did not get the invitation, please obtain their correct email address and send it to president@chicagocabaret.org and we will resend the invitation.
The list is a shared document on google docs with approximately 85 centers. We will divide up the list among members who volunteer to help.
