Miz Cracker is a New York City drag queen—and a writer, foodie, and comedienne. She launched her drag career in 2011 while participating in marches for marriage equality in Times Square. She went on to compete in RuPaul’s Drag Race Season Ten, landing a spot in the top five and becoming a fan favorite. Today, she tours the world with her one woman shows; delights fans on her YouTube channel; lectures on drag at top universities; writes for publications like Slate, ArtForum, Vice and GQ; and engages nearly 1.5 million followers across social media.

Robin Watson (Jazzlady Robin) has blazed some of Chicago’s premier hotspots including Navy Pier, United Center, Peninsula Hotel, Como Inn, Jazz Showcase and area Casinos. As a vocal performance major at Spelman College, Atlanta, GA, she merited solo performances at the inauguration of President Jimmy Carter and the United Nations and toured Brazil, SA.
Will Washington is an extraordinary trumpet/flugel horn player, vocalist and band leader. He has performed throughout North and South America, the Caribbean, Europe and Indonesia. Together they are electrifying and celebrate the incredible music of Ellington, born April 29, 1899, the greatest jazz composer and band leader.
This is a double feature show with LouElla Rose. Suggested donation $25-30

Lianne Marie Dobbs is a New York stage & screen actor and busy vocalist. She has headlined at 54Below, Feinstein’s at the Nikko, Feinstein’s at Hotel Carmichael, Blue Strawberry, and The Green Room 42. She has also soloed with the San Francisco Symphony in an evening of Gershwin and toured the country performing leading roles in productions of Les Mise´rables, Man of La Mancha, Always… Patsy Cline, and Duke Ellington’s Sophisticated Ladies. Some may recognize her from The Equalizer, FBI, Law & Order, and The Gilded Age. In 2020, BroadwayWorld named her as one of the Best Vocalists of the Decade and in 2022 listed her solo show at 54Below as a Highlight of the Year.
Ron Abel is Lianne’s music director & arranger, whose accolades include: LA Critics Circle Award Winner & L.A. Weekly Award Winner for his original compositions and unique arrangements of Broadway hits for orchestras and singers. He has been the music director and arranger for Helen Reddy, Lucie Arnaz, Peter Allen, Joely Fisher, Valarie Pettiford, Ben Jones, and John Lloyd Young.

Jace McCloy is the recipient of the Denise Tomasello scholarship at the 2023 Emerging Artists Showcase! He debuted with CCP in ‘Passing the Torch’ in 2022, and has since made appearances in ‘Red Hour Cabaret’ and ‘100 Years of Disney’ in 2023.
This summer, Jace will debut his first solo show, ‘Acceptance’! He will paint a unique picture of life with a mix of Pop songs, Musical Theatre pieces, and original works. He will be joined by Jeff English on piano, Kevin Schulz on bass, and Steve Thompson on drums.
