The journey of an artist is often filled with twists and turns, but sometimes, those detours lead us right where we need to be. After a many-years-long hiatus, Kenneth Fobs is thrilled to return to live performance, picking up his journey on the celebrated Epiphany Theatre stage! Fresh off being crowned the 2024 Chicago Cabaret Professionals Emerging Artist Singers Showcase “Winner,” Kenneth is ready to share the music he loves and reconnect with the magic of live audiences.
Kenneth’s career spans theatre, singing, and on-camera projects in both Chicago and New York. In Chicago, he’s graced stages at The ETA Theatre in East of Jordan, Steppers Ball, and Get Ready; at Theatre on the Lake in The Piano Lesson; at the Kathryn Dunham Theater in Chicago and Chocolate Chips, and at Chicago State University in Brother Malcolm. In New York, he brought his talents to The Nuyorican Poets Café in Jack Pot Melting: A Commercial; at the Riant Theatre in The Atlantic Affair, and at the legendary Don’t Tell Mama’s, where he performed Best Veterans Day Ever, and in a showcase with the equally legendary Mr. Danny Holgate.
With experience in commercial and print for top brands like Comcast, Sears, McDonald's, and Seagrams, Kenneth stepped away from performing. But a 2023 “Eve of the Eve” performance at Rhapsody Theatre reignited his passion, and now he’s back, ready to share the stage with a Monster Trio and bring timeless songs to life once again.
Thank you for the support and love that makes this new journey possible. Join us as Kenneth Fobs takes the next step in a remarkable story—right here at Epiphany Theatre!
