Join us on Monday, April 7 as we introduce our premiere Chicago Cabaret Professionals Open Mic in the Front Bar at Davenport’s (https://www.davenportspianobar.com/) from 8 pm to 11 pm. We are so pleased that Beckie Menzie will be our first pianist.

We want to create an atmosphere where CCP members of all experience levels can stop by and have a chance to see each other, maybe sing a song, and even have a drink (though there is no minimum or cover charge). We are encouraging both those emerging cabaret artist members or the more experienced singers to join us, visit and share together.

The only requirement to sing is to be a member. Doors open at 7:30 pm and sign up then. Bringing sheet music in your key is encouraged. There will be a few spotlight performances by preselected artists, but our goal is to create a welcoming space for all our members to perform.

You do not need to be a member to attend, only to perform. Davenport’s will be accepting no charge reservations to attend the show, but walk-ins are welcome.
