CCP is undertaking a review and revamp of our organizational Mission, Vision and Values. This work will be facilitated by David Meulemans. We have given ourselves a September deadline in order to present the updated items in the program for Gala in October.
We anticipate no more than 3 work sessions of 2-3 hours each. The final draft output will be submitted to the Board of Directors for final approval and adoption. It is necessary that anyone willing to make this time commitment be available for all work sessions. We will schedule date/time and venue based on availability for those who wish to participate.
Requirements are availability in August/September, and a desire to participate actively.
We will start by Aug 27 and wrap up by Sept 10. Pre-work consists of familiarizing yourself with the current Mission, Vision and Values statements, and any research of other organizations prior to the first work session. Come prepared with ideas for phrases, concepts or ideas you feel are pertinent to this project. All active CCP members are invited and encouraged to participate.

Second Session: Sept 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9
Please indicate which of these dates you are available in the evening, starting at 7:00 p.m.
We will determine the actual dates based on responses. It is required that participants are available for both sessions, with a possible third to be determined by the committee after we've met.
