It's time to start decking our musical halls and prepare for Merry Measures 2025: our favorite holiday fundraising event! We invite all active CCP members to submit to perform a favorite holiday/seasonal song, as we raise funds for a local charity. We have an amazing team putting these shows together this year: Michael Joseph Mitchell will Direct with Mark Burnell as Music Director for the Monday, December 1st performance and David Edelfelt will Direct with Chuck Larkin as Music Director for the Tuesday, December 2nd performance. Both shows will be at The CheckOut and begin at 7pm. Our charitable partners this year will be Season of Concern - which will receive all proceeds from both shows. Carla Gordon and Marty Balogh will Co-Produce.
Please be on the lookout for a call for submissions, which will go out by noon on Tuesday, Oct 21 and will be included in the CCP Weekly Update email blast. It will also be sent out as a stand alone email to all members on the same date. Submissions will be open until all 18 spots for each performance date are filled. We ask all active members to select 2 contrasting songs for consideration by the production staff of each show. One will be selected for each member to perform. You will also need to submit a short video clip of you performing within the last 2 years, a short bio and a current headshot in order for your submission to be complete. *Participation will be based on when the submissions are received, and for which show you selected to perform. Each submission will be time stamped and all submitters should receive a "Thank You" email stating that your submission was indeed sent.* We thank you for your interest in these festive and fun holiday fundraising concerts to support our wonderful area non-profits. |
