Sonia P. Oyola is hosting her 19th House Concert of the year featuring Jeannie Tanner and Lisa McQueen this Thursday, May 7th at 7pm. They will be performing many of Jeannie's originals along with standards and audience favorites. Sonia's home is located on the near north side of Chicago and once attendees RSVP, they will be given the exact address. There's limited seating (35).

Jeannie is an award winning composer with 9 Grammy-considered albums and 5 ASCAP composer awards. She is a singer-songwriter, vocalist, piano player, trumpeter, percussionist and producer who performs and records her original music: a mix of pop, jazz, R&B and Latin rhythms. Her original music has been used for many TV shows and movies. She is a Board Governor for the Chicago Chapter of the Recording Academy (Grammy's) and on the steering committee of the Chicago Chapter of the SCL (Society of Composers and Lyricists). https://www.jeannietanner.com

Lisa McQueen is a pianist, composer and music director As a working professional pianist / keyboardist, Lisa plays anything from New Orleans Trad Jazz to Thelonious Monk to Kurt Weill to the Rolling Stones. Making her living as a Music Director - particularly in comedy improv - she also creates original works for the theater. She has created original songs, rock operas, jazz compositions, film scores, animation shorts and numerous theatrical works.
