Will Figaro get to marry his sweetheart Susanna? Will Cherubino be sent to war because he flirted with the Contessa? Will Wolfgana Amadeus Mozart and his librettist DaPonte get their new opera past the Emperor's censors?

BASED ON THE TRUE STORY: the real-life 1786 battle against political censorship and ruling-class privilege that nearly kept this masterpiece from ever being performed is amplified by spoken dialogue, real letters, and historical commentary. The story is brought to life between musical scenes by actors Peter Stigdon as Mozart, Brandon Burkhardt as Lorenzo Da Ponte, John B. Boss as Pierre Beaumarchais, and Thomas M. Shea as Emperor Joseph II, directed by Nick Sandys.
