Hi everyone! Join me for my appearance on the popular long-running House Concert Series presented by Sonia Oyola. This intimate performance takes place at a lovely private residence in Logan Square on Saturday evening, September 19. Doors open at 6 pm, the concert begins at 7 pm, and there's a wine and cheese reception from 8-9:30 pm. And being from Wisconsin, I promised Sonia I'd bring cheese curds. :)

Remember the "Tales From the Benches" show I was scheduled to present last year at the now-defunct *place that shall not be named*? The show got put on the back burner, but on September 19 I'll regale you with some of the songs and anecdotes (the humorous, the touching and the utterly ridiculous) I've accumulated over 30 years of performing in nightclub and concert settings. You'll hear about my very first performance in downtown Chicago and what went wrong, a memorable tale from my years performing in a haunted Lake Geneva mansion, how I broke the rules during my first week as a retail pianist at Von Maur and lived to tell, and many more, all with the songs that tell the stories.
