Dear Chicago Cabaret Professional Community,
We have an invitation we think youβll love.
Musika SamaSama Filipino Festival 2026 is coming to Eugene Field Park on Saturday, August 29 β a free, all-afternoon celebration of Filipino music, culture, and community. And this year, weβre adding something special to the lineup: the BahaiDeals.com Rising Stars Contest, an open-call talent showcase where performers of every background, style, and skill level take the stage.
We are personally reaching out to the CCP community because we know you are surrounded by extraordinary talent β and this contest was built for performers exactly like the ones in your circle.
Hereβs the most important thing we want you to know: you do not need to be Filipino or of Filipino heritage to participate. This contest is for everyone. Our mission is simple β to share the love of music, open doors for performers who deserve a spotlight, and celebrate the universal language that connects us all. We just happen to do it at a Filipino festival.

 About the BahaiDeals.com Rising Stars Contest:
 Open to ALL performers β singers, dancers, instrumentalists, bands, spoken word artists, cultural performers
Open to ALL backgrounds, ages (min. 6), and skill levels
Solo acts, duets, and groups up to 8 performers
Any music genre welcome β Filipino music encouraged but not required
Live music, backing tracks, or recorded audio all permitted
FREE to enter
 $500 in cash prizes + Peopleβs Choice Award
 Perform in front of a live audience of hundreds
Spots are limited to 10 acts β first come, first served.
