Join Gaye Klopack for a workshop that will help you feel more confident about experimenting with improvisation using scat vocables and other improvisatory devices. We will participate in group circle improvisation as well as solo sessions. Bring 8 to 12 bars of a song with which you‘d like to include improvisation techniques. Be prepared to sing a cappella or bring along an accompaniment track. Limit 10-15 participants; 8 soloists Registration fee: $30 (payable directly to Gaye Klopack)

2022 Chicago Cabaret Professional’s National Honoree brings his Bistro Award winning Cy Coleman show “A Collective Cy” to Hey Nonny on Wednesday September 20th at 7:30pm. Music Director Alex Rybeck conducts, featuring Dan Kristan on bass & Phil Gratteau on drums. The show is Directed by Sara Louise Lazarus. The appearance is part of the album release for “A Collective Cy” (PS Classics).
